Cypress does not have a set minimum credit score, but each applicant’s credit report is reviewed as part of the screening process, including payment history, rental history, outstanding balances, collections, and overall credit background.

No, all apartment homes come unfurnished.
Rent is due on the 1st and is considered late on the 5th. You may pay your rent online by visiting our resident portal. If you have further questions, you may contact our leasing office team.
Paying your rent online via credit card, debit card, or direct debit (ACH) is quick and easy through our resident portal. We also accept personal checks, cashier’s checks, and money orders.
Utilities are not included in rent at Cypress. Water, sewer, and garbage is a separate charge billed by Conservice and is based on usage. Residents are responsible for setting up and/or paying for additional applicable utilities, which may include electric, internet, and cable.
Electricity for the community is primarily provided by Pacific Power.
At Cypress, all units are prewired for CenturyLink internet service, allowing residents to activate same-day internet by scanning the CenturyLink QR code provided at move-in. Residents are free to use any internet or cable provider of their choice.
Residents may submit maintenance requests through the resident portal. For urgent maintenance needs, please contact the leasing office directly for assistance.
Yes, Cypress offers one reserved parking spot per unit for residents. If there are additional parking needs, residents may elect for a carport or garage for an additional monthly fee. Carports are $65.00 per month per space and garages are $200.00 per month.
No, we do not have EV charging stations.
Street parking is available on a first come, first served basis.
Cypress offers a variety of amenities designed to support everyday convenience, wellness, and relaxation. Our community features a fitness center, pool, outdoor grilling areas, fire pit, maker’s shop, pet wash station, and dog park. We also provide additional storage options, including ski and snowboard lockers as well as cage lockers. Yes, Cypress offers a seasonal heated pool for residents to enjoy.
Yes, Cypress offers an on-site 24-hour fitness center.
While our amenities are available to all residents, we do not have any areas which can be rented for private events. Our clubhouse is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
We welcome up to two pets per residence. Both cats and dogs are welcome, and we have a weight limit of 40 lbs. Breed restrictions apply.
The following dog breeds are not allowed: Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Saint Bernards, Huskies, Great Danes, German Shepherds, Doberman Pinschers, Dalmatians, Chows, Bernese Mountain Dogs, Akitas, American Bulldogs, Bedlington Terriers, Karelian Bear Dogs, Mastiffs, Malamutes, Presa Canarios, Salukis, Tosa Inus, Weimaraners, and Wolf Hybrids. Qualified assistance animals are permitted regardless of breed.

Cypress is a smoke-free community. Smoking is not permitted in the apartment homes or community areas to help maintain a clean and comfortable living environment for residents.
Yes, Cypress offers a resident referral program. Residents can receive a $500 referral reward when they refer someone who moves into the community. The referral reward is paid 90 days after the referred resident moves in.
