CenturyLink
Every home is prewired for CenturyLink. Scan the QR code provided at move-in to activate service the same day. Residents are free to use any internet or cable provider they prefer.
Electric
Electricity is provided by Pacific Power — (888) 221-7070. Please set up service and payment at your earliest convenience via pacificpower.net.
Water, Sewer + Garbage
Billed separately through Conservice based on usage.
Residents enjoy occasional community events, grab-and-go treats, seasonal celebrations, and pet-friendly gatherings. Our resident referral program pays a $500 reward 90 days after a referred resident moves in.
Maker’s Shop – A dedicated workshop with workbenches, utility sinks, and storage for projects between adventures.
Bike Repair Station – On-site repair stands and tools so you can tune up before heading out to the trails.
Ski & Snowboard Lockers – Dedicated ski and snowboard lockers, plus additional storage and cage lockers.
Pet Wash Station – An indoor pet wash station makes muddy trail days easy to clean up after.
Smoke-Free Community – Cypress is a smoke-free community. Smoking is not permitted in apartment homes or community areas.

If you are experiencing an emergency, please dial 911. For non-emergencies, contact Deschutes County dispatch at (541) 693-6911.
Mail, Delivery and Packages
Mail is delivered to the community mailbox station. Secure Luxer package lockers are located on site for deliveries — our leasing team is happy to show you where they are.
Garbage + Recycling
Water, sewer, and garbage are billed separately through Conservice based on usage. Please break down all cardboard before recycling. For larger items such as couches, tables, and mattresses, contact the leasing office to schedule a bulk pickup.
Maintenance
Maintenance requests can be submitted through the resident portal. Except in emergencies, staff address requests in the order received. For urgent needs, contact the leasing office at (541) 527-1510. For emergencies such as floods, gas leaks, or power or water loss, please call [[MAINTENANCE EMERGENCY NUMBER — NEEDED FROM GREEN LEAF]].
Pets
Cypress welcomes up to two pets per home, both cats and dogs, with a 40 lb weight limit. Breed restrictions apply, and qualified assistance animals are always permitted. Please clean up after your pet and keep pets leashed outside your home. An on-site dog park and pet wash station are available for residents.
Bike Repair Station
An on-site bike repair station with stands and tools is available in the Maker’s Shop. Contact the office if you need help locating it.
Public Transit
For local transit, visit Cascades East Transit, which serves Redmond and Central Oregon. Residents also have access to community taxi service, shuttles, Lyft, and Uber. Highway 97 provides quick regional access.
Car Parking
Each home includes one reserved parking space. Carports are available for $65 per month per space, and private garages for $200 per month. Guest and street parking is available on a first come, first served basis.
Renters Insurance
Renters insurance is required with a $100,000 liability minimum.
